I've literally just had Michael and his handyman leave my house. They finished the job proofing a problem area behind my kitchen unit. What I had been previously advised (By other handymen) was a big job, that involved taking apart my kitchen unit, ended up being a less extensive job. Michael's handyman was able to access the area - foamed it and then used cement to seal the hole. They were very pleasant chaps to deal with as well.
