Need a pane of glass (approx 24 x 7 inches) removing from rotting wooden garage doors - it will fall out if it's left very much longer) resulting hole will need covering until doors can be replaced or temporarily boarded over until time/weather allows this.

Remove a sign above a shop

The sign is a lightweight board sign but tall there are only 8 screws to take it down. The only thing is that a long ladder is required for the top screws so a long ladder about 7 meters is needed.

Fitting bedroom locks

Safely and securely mount a TV bracket to wall

I have a 65" TV (23kg) and wall bracket rated up to 50kg. I'd like it mounted on a plasterboard wall. I don't want it to fall so will need it mounted through the wall to the metal uprights behind the plaster. This may require a wood board installed on top of the plasterboard so it can be secured to the uprights, since there is a limited area where the TV will go which may not align with the uprights

The job is a bit tricky due to the shape and because the wall is a bit flaky in places. May need a batten fixed or some other solution.

Various drilling jobs around the house (list in advert)

I have several drilling jobs around the house, which are slightly beyond my own DIY skill to accomplish. 1) Drill 4 holes in HARD bathroom tiles in order to mount a cabinet. 2) Drill 4 holes in HARD batrhroom tiles in order to mount a towel rail. 3) Drill 6 holes in living room wall in order to mount a TV wall bracket. 4) Drill 2 holes in front door in order to mount a doorbell (this one should be easy, but I may as well utilise the professional handyman when he's here!) I tried myself to drill into the bathroom tiles, but despite having bought carbide-tipped bits, they just were not going through. I therefore decided to enlist professional help. Paint for 2 rooms walls + installing shelves & curtain rails

We need two rooms (one wall in each room and the ceiling) to be painted following some damage due to a leak. The leak has been fixed and the dampness has dried so should be fine to paint now. Also need some filling and paint work on another wall where a shelf broke and fall. I would need a handyman who can provide and fix 2 shelves for the kitchen and curtain rails for 2 rooms. Floating wall shelves

I have 6 floating shelves to be hang on the wall. I have detailed instructions how to assemble them. It can be installed on the wall seamlessly with the screws and cloaking metal plates. Will require a drill. This is 1-2 hours job for the afternoon during the week. I am looking for someone available Monday-Tuesday.
