I sent him the message he sent with the day he suggested and he replied ‘did I say that?’ I couldn’t work with someone like this and wouldn’t recommend to others.

This may require a wood board installed on top of the plasterboard so it can be secured to the uprights, since there is a limited area where the TV will go which may not align with the uprights
