Change a toilet seat. I am unable to unscrew the previous seat and I'm blocked. I have bought the new seat already.

Assemble IKEA chest of drawers; install curtain tracks

1) Ikea chest of 9 drawers: ALEX, sku number 604.735.34; add casters (already purchased); put in positions. 2) Curtain tracks: (a) remove existing track, replace end stops, reinstall in position. Safely and securely mount a TV bracket to wall

I have a 65" TV (23kg) and wall bracket rated up to 50kg. I'd like it mounted on a plasterboard wall. I don't want it to fall so will need it mounted through the wall to the metal uprights behind the plaster. This may require a wood board installed on top of the plasterboard so it can be secured to the uprights, since there is a limited area where the TV will go which may not align with the uprights

Dog kennel needs putting together please

Kitchen Sink Refit

Our kitchen sink has come away from its housing. It was not installed correctly in the first place. We need someone to permanalty fix it by bolting it (drilling) into the marble coutertop. There is also some light plumbing where a hose is slighting bent... I am unsure what is wrong, but there is some water leaking. The images are from before it came away, but to give you an idea.

The holes in the outdoor wall need to be done with a 12mm drill bit and a strong masonry drill. There’s 6 holes to do.

Paint for 2 rooms walls + installing shelves & curtain rails

We need two rooms (one wall in each room and the ceiling) to be painted following some damage due to a leak. The leak has been fixed and the dampness has dried so should be fine to paint now. Also need some filling and paint work on another wall where a shelf broke and fall. I would need a handyman who can provide and fix 2 shelves for the kitchen and curtain rails for 2 rooms. Bad smell in bathroom and skylight

We have an unpleasant smell coming from either pipes or external ventilation fan in the bathroom. We think the autumn leaves have gone into the pipe and we would like help in diagnosing and solving the issue. Separately, one of our skylights has a leak and we would like to fix this.

Fit two new Ventian blinds

The two old blinds need to be taken down and taken away, and the new blinds fitted in their place. I will need the job done in two weeks time.

Floating wall shelves

I have 6 floating shelves to be hang on the wall. I have detailed instructions how to assemble them. It can be installed on the wall seamlessly with the screws and cloaking metal plates. Will require a drill. This is 1-2 hours job for the afternoon during the week. I am looking for someone available Monday-Tuesday.

Reseal bath and toilet - anytime Monday 6 August

Bath needs resealing as well as part of the toilet. Most of the old sealant has eroded, so only a little bit of removal required, main job is to apply new silicone sealant. Standard size bath and toilet. Really looking for someone on Monday 6 August - any time of day.

Some of the cables needs to be into the walls and trunked. 6. Check all skirting to be secured to walls. 7. Re tighten all table legs and add replace with missing nuts. 8. Fix 6 sound absorbing panels on celling as floating. 9. Remove one hallway light not turned on and close off with filling the hole and painted. 14. Throwaway all basement rubbish. There are 5 x 1m wide IKEA robes plus 1 x 3.5m wide IKEA robe to install. We need these completed in the 9th or 10th February.
