Due to an historical leak the shower cubicle had to be removed and completely rebuilt, Vigo did a great job removing all the rotten and mouldy wooden frame. I need the damaged area repaired and if possible the lino rolled back so that it can be re-laid. In order to access the area it will be necessary for several kitchen units to be taken down and replaced. The damaged area is around 2 sq meters

I have new tenants moving in to my rental property in Chelmsford on 23 June and am looking for someone to complete the small tasks below either on 20 or 21 June when I will be in the property. 1) Paint bathroom radiator 2) Replacing the sealant around the kitchen sink and worktop 3) Removing and replacing the toilet seat 4) Removing a wire shower rack for toiletries and fill in the holes left behind in the tiling 5) Remove and replace a mouldy seal on a Bosch washing machine (I have the new seal) I'm looking for a rough idea of cost too.
