Bath/Shower Tap Fitting

We recently bought a house and had a boiler issue. When the plumber was fixing the boiler, they noted the shower/bath tap is not correct for our boiler. The current tap does not allow you to regulate the temperature of the water, so we're getting scalding hot water. We'd like someone to fit a correct tap for our shower/bath. We're happy to buy the equipment beforehand if needed, but would need guidance on what to purchase.

Kitchen Sink Refit

Our kitchen sink has come away from its housing. It was not installed correctly in the first place. We need someone to permanalty fix it by bolting it (drilling) into the marble coutertop. There is also some light plumbing where a hose is slighting bent... I am unsure what is wrong, but there is some water leaking. The images are from before it came away, but to give you an idea.

Bad smell in bathroom and skylight

We have an unpleasant smell coming from either pipes or external ventilation fan in the bathroom. We think the autumn leaves have gone into the pipe and we would like help in diagnosing and solving the issue. Separately, one of our skylights has a leak and we would like to fix this.

Anthony did not diagnose the issue correctly and did not fix the smell. He charged us 390 pounds for a valve that was not needed. Instead of offering to come back and fix the root cause, he wanted to do more of the same. Not recommended.

We have 5 stools that you rotate the seat to adjust the height. The seats have unfortunately become detached from the base due to what appears to be a manufacturing fault. All parts are metal and so it appears that to repair them would require them to be welded together. We do not have any equipment for this kind of job, and it would be preferable for us if the seats could be taken off site and returned to us when repaired. Payment by invoice please.
