Ray did an excellent job taking time to achieve a good finish and replacing the fixing bolts with some better fixings more appropriate to the installation. I commend him without hesitation.

I have several drilling jobs around the house, which are slightly beyond my own DIY skill to accomplish. 1) Drill 4 holes in HARD bathroom tiles in order to mount a cabinet. 2) Drill 4 holes in HARD batrhroom tiles in order to mount a towel rail. 3) Drill 6 holes in living room wall in order to mount a TV wall bracket. 4) Drill 2 holes in front door in order to mount a doorbell (this one should be easy, but I may as well utilise the professional handyman when he's here!) I tried myself to drill into the bathroom tiles, but despite having bought carbide-tipped bits, they just were not going through. I therefore decided to enlist professional help.
