No Hot Water from my Megaflo Cylinder

I have a Megaflo unvented indirect cylinder, model CL170HE. Unfortunately there is no hot water naturally coming from the system. However I can get hot water by using the immersion switch on the main wall (electricity and costly). I have tried turning up the 2 immersion heater elements found in the grey box at bottom of the cylinder and this has made no difference. It appears that the issue will be one of the following: elements, immersion or valves.

Trades as Compleheat. Quoted for heating install and bathroom refit. Heating installed to a reasonable standard. However reliability of staff is questionable as is planning. Delayed start and fitter did not turn up one day at all! As for bathroom - laugh I cried. Didnt give sensible quote, failed to show up at all or provide new quote as requested. Although likeable I would not recommend as once heating was completed company went off radar.

Boiler installation, pipework, etc. (3 bedroom house, built 1970).I would prefer a megaflow system, but I don't know the mains pressure in the road - Thames Water cite 0.9bar as a minimum for this postcode, but recommend checking.

Well organised, friendly and VERY efficeint. The problem was resolved and at a very fair price.
