No Hot Water from my Megaflo Cylinder

I have a Megaflo unvented indirect cylinder, model CL170HE. Unfortunately there is no hot water naturally coming from the system. However I can get hot water by using the immersion switch on the main wall (electricity and costly). I have tried turning up the 2 immersion heater elements found in the grey box at bottom of the cylinder and this has made no difference. It appears that the issue will be one of the following: elements, immersion or valves.

Turk recognised the problem immediately from my description, came to t]at once.He was businesslike and precise, asking short sharp questions to eolicit what info he needed. He then did the job which was only amatter of setting a reset button., and told me how to avoid the problem in future Iknow he will be my first choice if the boiler needs attention again.His behaviour throughout was enough to inspire confidence.
