Well organised, friendly and VERY efficeint. The problem was resolved and at a very fair price. I was pleased to learn they carry out most building work so I can use them again for other work in the house. Really pleased, use them if you want certified quality tradesmen who keep their word!

I have a Megaflo unvented indirect cylinder, model CL170HE. Unfortunately there is no hot water naturally coming from the system. However I can get hot water by using the immersion switch on the main wall (electricity and costly). I have tried turning up the 2 immersion heater elements found in the grey box at bottom of the cylinder and this has made no difference. It appears that the issue will be one of the following: elements, immersion or valves.

His call-out charge is cheaper than the big firms that dominate google. Although the issue was simply resolved he was keen to maximize vlaue for money by making sure that my central heating was in good shape inside and out.
