We need someone to add fire boarding to the under side of a set of stairs sealing the edges from ceiling to floor. This can be done with two layers of plasterboard or one layer of fire board (sufficient to provide 1 hour fire resistance level). The materials would need to be sourced for this as we don't have them. To give a rough indication of the size, the width of the stairs is around 90cm and the length is about 2.5 metres. No varnishing or painting is required.

Also be good to get a price for adding in perspex or glass for the top 30 to 50cm of the wall to allow light in. Walls to be erected in an office space, can be either weekdays or weekends as access isn't an issue. Parking outside front of office and easy access for deliveries.

The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced
