The current square wooden base which the boiler sits on in the boiler cupboard is not stable, as the wood has become water damaged. A new base is needed. The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced

I communicated with Anthony on the phone before and after as I was not present at the flat & he sent me photos of his work after the job.
