Only thing was he didn't have a van so we had to order for online delivery and I had to arrange for old doors to be collected. This was a small issue however overall excellent tradesman, highly recommend!

We need someone to add fire boarding to the under side of a set of stairs sealing the edges from ceiling to floor. This can be done with two layers of plasterboard or one layer of fire board (sufficient to provide 1 hour fire resistance level). The materials would need to be sourced for this as we don't have them. To give a rough indication of the size, the width of the stairs is around 90cm and the length is about 2.5 metres. No varnishing or painting is required.

My budget is £3000 which include replacement of parts. I would like work to start sometime in and around second week in January.
