the floor board in the bathroom (Approx, 4 mtr/sq) and in an area of the kitchen (Approx, 3 mtr/sq) need replacing, possibly caused due to waste water somehow got ingested over a period of time on to the chipboards, some supporting joists may also need replacing in both of the these areas Perhaps. My budget is £3000 which include replacement of parts. I would like work to start sometime in and around second week in January.

He explained what it required to repair the water damaged chipboards under the vinyl floor covering causing spongy floor surface in some areas in the bathroom and in kitchen.
