I was initially disappointed that Norik who originally quoted and said he would do the job did not show up on the day and two people who worked for him came instead. But they did a good job and Norik made himself available the whole time via whatsapp (he had flu apparently). It did feel as if they rushing the job a little bit - it was 20+ degrees and naturally wanted to finish and enjoy the day - but 1 month on and the quality of the three things seems good. I would use them again!

Really pleased with the quality of work done; all 6 fire doors were rehung on new hinges (different in size from the originals), the new handles (with their non-standard fitting which required some creative thinking on Oskars part) and separate escutcheons were fitted, and doors all repainted (thanks to Daniela) within one day. Plus, they even had time to help me out with a separate and unplanned issue! Amiable and skilful throughout, the finished job is flawless.

External 2 tier steps

Each step is 170mm high and 1020mm wide. The top step forms a platform that is 1000mm deep. The second step to the concrete floor is 260mm wide.
