Standard terraced. Some give in living room flooring. Would like someone to inspect and check all is in order or rectify any issues. Tenant moves out end October so ideal to do job during November whilst vacant before new tenant moves in
Steve was very professional, honest and helpful, explaining what needed to be done and answering all of my questions. He was very easy to communicate with and completed the job (replacing floor joists and installing new flooring) in the allocated time. He left the premises tidy and I'm very pleased with the new flooring.

Kelvin modified and rehung 2 interior doors and then fitted 5 shelves in our garage. He arrived punctually and completed the work with the minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone for similar works.
Worked very hard. Once a piece of the rotted wood was removed it was clear that much more work was required and there was another area I hadn’t even noticed. Kelvin went & sourced the extra materials needed and still completed all the work the same day. Flexible approach and pleasant manner. Very fair price. At least two and a half times the amount of work envisaged but he charged quite a bit LESS than 2& a half times the price quoted for the original(much smaller) job

We have removed a fireplace from the chimney breast but now need new skirting board to be fitted around it. We have the board already if you need but just need something fitted before new carpets are laid on Friday 30th April
Did an excellent job, at really short notice and after normal working hours too. A great eye for detail and and all round lovely gentleman. We will be contacting again for future work needed.
