I own a wooden creekside boathouse . 24ft x 12ft. It is made overlap boarding. Some need replacing and then the whole prepared and painted. Probably the double doors need new hinges. There is power to the boathouse and parking.

Would suggest you need a VG rating. I would rate his work as VG.I live some distance from our holiday home therefore needed someone to do the work 'long distance' which I could not oversee. Shire quoted promptly, did the work on time and to the quote. I was impressed with the quality of the finished work -which included not just renovation and repainting of my very old wooden boathouse but also the construction and fitting of new doors. The current square wooden base which the boiler sits on in the boiler cupboard is not stable, as the wood has become water damaged. A new base is needed. The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced

I communicated with Anthony on the phone before and after as I was not present at the flat & he sent me photos of his work after the job. He was prompt in his communications and did what I asked of him & also kindly inspected & gave advice on a separate issue with my shower & more generally on the plumbing.
