'Supply and fit' or 'design and fit' complete new kitchen. If latter option, I would source units myself to agreed design. Existing cooker to be retained but electrics need to be re-done. Would require tiling on walls and flooring/floor tiles fitted. Ceiling lights also need to be changed. Well fitted worktops and sink are particular priority as existing solid beech has rotted and I need something more hard-wearing and water-proof. Dishwasher plumbing needs attention. I am not wooed by glamorous units, gadgets etc. but want a good basic job at the best possible price.

I am enquiring on behalf of my son who lives at the postcode given. He has purchased a property in need of renovation and the kitchen is a priority. It is small approx. 6 sq m at a guess and needs stripping walls painting and some tiling. Probably some replastering. three or four wall cupboards and floor units.
