we seek a kitchen fitter to fit an ikea kitchen (or similar), lay floor tiles, to demolish one partion wall and to rebuild it, and to part brick up a external door which is being replaced with a window. To plumb in a shower unit ,and ensure suitable venilation for an internal enclosed utility room.
we expect 11 units to be fitted, a new gas cooker to be installer, with HVAC ventilation, a new sink to be installer. We are replacing an existing kitchen with hot cold water, drainage and gas in similar but not identical points. We anticipate the shower being plumbed from the kitchen.
