John let us know in plenty of time that he would be delayed by a couple of days, true to his word he turned up and cracked on with the fit. When he came upon design issues they were brought to our attention along with solutions for them. His work and professionalism was brilliant from start to finish, was very accommodating when the fit had to stop due to wrong work tops and other issues that were not his fault but came back as planned to complete the fit to a very high standard.
