Fit worktop, and sink/tap(plumb in).Fit new ceiling light, paint ceiling, walls/radiator and two doors. tile 3.5m x 3m floor ceramic tiles and about 4m on wall. I will remove old tiles from wall. Just like labour costs for this thanks for any help/advice, I know its a fair way off but I want to get it all in place,as on tight budget
