We have a tenanted flat in Hoxton, on the Cranston Estate, in N1. We need a competent tradesperson who is qualified to remove old electrical goods and install new cooker and dishwasher. Also capable of fitting new shelving and repairing one damaged cupboard. There is currently a broken side-by-side integrated fridge-freezer to be removed. Then a new dishwasher to be installed to replace broken FF (left side) and for the remaining space (right side), provide and install shelving for pots and pans. Also remove old integrated electric cooker and electric hob and hood and replace with new cooker and new hob and fit new recycling cooker hood. Also provide and fit extractor fan in bathroom.

He installed new kitchen appliances, making sure there were the correct power points to the different appliances and made up from scratch extra shelving where needed. He also fitted a new extractor fan in the bathroom and repaired damage to the bathroom ceiling; Also fitted new safety alarms (heat&smoke) in hall and elsewhere. Tidied up after himself each day. We had an ikea kitchen fitted by non-ikea fitters, and they haven't fitted the dishwasher door front correctly. They have drilled it straight onto the door, whereas you are supposed to use brackets and slide it in. Consequently, the door doesn't open fully. I don't trust them to redo it correctly, so would like someone with ikea kitchen fitting expertise. I don't have the templates that should have been used to drill the holes in the front, so please let me know if you have some or if I need to try to get hold of more from Ikea. The dishwasher model is Medelstor, and the front is Grevsta. I woudl like the work to be done asap.

The kitchen was fitted with three Units, the walls and ceilings were painted, the sink area was fitted with ceramic tiles, the flooring was covered with vinyl tiles.The living room was gutted, carpets and flooring was removed, and new wooden flooring was laid. Hi, We need someone with an eye for detail and excellent finish to come and do the finishing touches to our new kitchen. The work includes cutting and mounting a stainless steel splashback, fitting a new kitchen tap, fitting the plinth and securing the dishwasher as well as siliconing the joints in the worktop. We have fitted the kitchen ourselves, but need someone to come and do these final bits to a high standard to bring it all together. We are also wanting to have a new sink/bathroom cabinet fitted in the bathroom, as well as tiling the floors in the bathroom and toilet (approx 6sq m) Hopefully we an find someone with the skills to do all this as soon as possible. Wall mounted kitchen cupboard has come down - plasterboard wall needs repairing and cupboard needs putting back up. Cupboard is basically sound so just needs fitting back together before mounting. Bracket to hang cupboard is broken hence it falling down!
