We have a small house, approximately 9m by 5m roof area and would like to install some flooring for storage in our loft. It has 270mm insulation which we want to keep and not squash down. We also need a light fitted inside the loft and a new loft hatch.

I needed my loft boarded for storage but also keeping as much of the 270mm insulation as possible. The hatch needed fixing also. Norik’s guys came on time everyday and worked incredibly hard to keep to the original timeline quoted. The timeline slipped slightly due to a delay in delivery of materials but Norik was flexible and kept to the price quoted. The quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend Nick and his team.Nick visited my house to give me a quote, as I previously had builders who did a shoddy job on my loft extension.We discussed various options for getting the work done and he identified areas to improve. He suggested an architect to help draw alterations to the stairs design. The only downside is he seems to have a few jobs to hand at each time and certain items I felt were added to the initial quote ended up costing more. Asides from that, the guys were good.

They completed a full loft conversation with set in plasterboards to expose the beams and sanded and waxed them to make a stunning feature, they built beautiful bespoke furniture and a utility room from scratch! They laid new flooring, knocked down walls, built new walls. Nothing was too much for them and the standard of work is exemplary!
