Terrible service, Dexter did painting where l can still see my old paint, layers not enough, did tiles not in place. When I walk on it, I can feel it's up and down and can see the gaps in between, grouting is not done some places especially places not visible, he ignored it therefore I didn't notice and paid all money in full. Some of the tiles stuck to the side wall already falling off. I spent £7000 + and didn't notice lots of the work was incomplete and paid him. I was busy with my newborn and didn't notice his mistakes and paid him in full. After I pointed out the incomplete work, he said he will come on Friday, but no response after that and it's been over 2 weeks now.

He ended up damaging my commercial premises electrics and shop front signage. Due to a botched job. I've never seen anything like this in my life. He's not a professional. Has stolen the money and is refusing to reimburse, reply to messages and phone calls. I now have to take him to court. What a scum bag.
