We are keen for a fast makeover so we can sell the property as fast as possible: Mainly painting throughout and a little re- papering. No fitting of bathroom or kitchen required . Just simple filling up of holes and repaint to freshen the property in preparation for sale. £ walls need re papering due to rips... one of which is on stairway. Two outside doors need painting too.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He requested 30% advance deposit as definitive confirmation (in my case £184.50), which I paid him against my better judgment. Due to start on 28/10/19. NEVER SHOWED UP. Does not answer emails, text and voicemail messages or his mobile. Have now reported him to CAB to pass on complaint to OFT who will receive full documentation from me. False advertising as he no longer has Dezign & Build as company wound up. Inconceivable he retains 100% positive feedback!

I also require a sigle wall of small bedroon to be wall papered (feature wall) its currently a bare, clean painted wall. I would anticipate this is all 1 full days work as little prep is needed. I will privide paint and wallpaper / paste if you could provide the tools. Surfaces are in good repair I have some materials and would like the tradesman to supply others

Scammer. Henry. Pro-Techs Construction. Took thousands for works promised. Ended up ignoring my calls and messages for over 2 months of delays on his end. This is crazy! He ended up damaging my commercial premises electrics and shop front signage. Due to a botched job. I've never seen anything like this in my life. He's not a professional. Has stolen the money and is refusing to reimburse, reply to messages and phone calls. I now have to take him to court. What a scum bag.

Wallpaper Strip ( not whole wall) probably needs to be replaced and repainted( it is a magnolia colour) .There other areas you can see that need to be re glued . The second job is the repair and replacement of a section of woodchip wallpaper on a ceiling that has been ripped off. That might need to be removed and repainted ( white)also.

He sprayed some newly installed plaster cornicing - if you’re asking him to spray paint be sure to cover everything else carefully, and also wait between coats for the first coat to dry thoroughly. I found it hard to actually find a spray painter, and I think Andrej was good and reasonably priced. He’s warm natured and polite.
