He was paid in full before completion. Promised to return to finish the job, bring a receipt for £1,100.00 paid and to clean up. He did not return to finish the job, clean up or give me a receipt.. Refused to take my numerous phone calls. I REGRET EMPLOYING THIS PERSON.
