I am looking for painter/decorator for a single small bedroom + a single wallpapered feature wall in another bedroom on the Kingston road, Wimbledon. spare bedroom: 3 x white walls 1 x green feature wall White cornice to run either just across green wall or all walls, not sure what's best here Some very small filling in one wall where i'm removing a wardrobe fixed to the wall, there is also a corner which had damp which will need sanding down Top bedroom: 1 x wallpaper on a single (small) feature wall in top bedroom Very keen to get this work done as soon as possible, ideally w/c 4th March. We hired Simon to hang wallpaper in three rooms. After he was done with two rooms, we checked and were shocked. Our wooden flooring was completely destroyed in one room and Simon had left massive scratches in the other room. The (simple) wallpaper was ok but the pattern of the other wallpaper was completely off. Once we confronted him, Simon made up an excuse, stepped out and we never saw or heard of him. We now have to lay carpet to cover up the damaged floor and redo the wallpaper.

Paid almost double my original quote . Really not happy with the job. Looks like I'm going to have to pay another decorator to fix what these lot won't . Iv tried to contact them a number of times. But they're just fobbing me off. I don't think they're a professional company. The boss takes the calls and sends his unqualified labourers around. Steer clear from they're cheap quotes . You'll only end up paying twice .
