We easily agreed on the work to be done, involving two steps first wallpainting before installation of a new floor, then completions after floor. Work was done very well, quickly. Fred pay attention to all exisitng furniture (the flat has to be repainted within a three weeks period). Everything was handled with care and the finish is superb. We recommend this professional.
