Wallpaper Strip ( not whole wall) probably needs to be replaced and repainted( it is a magnolia colour) .There other areas you can see that need to be re glued . The second job is the repair and replacement of a section of woodchip wallpaper on a ceiling that has been ripped off. That might need to be removed and repainted ( white)also.
