Wall also has radiator and door on. Wallpaper repeats itself so will need to be matched up.

We hired Simon to hang wallpaper in three rooms. After he was done with two rooms, we checked and were shocked. Our wooden flooring was completely destroyed in one room and Simon had left massive scratches in the other room. The (simple) wallpaper was ok but the pattern of the other wallpaper was completely off. Once we confronted him, Simon made up an excuse, stepped out and we never saw or heard of him. We now have to lay carpet to cover up the damaged floor and redo the wallpaper.

Mid terraced house requires painting, looking for walls to be assessed and prepared where applicable and then a neutral colour applied to all walls (excluding the 3rd bedroom and bathroom) that could be painted over when we decided on final colour scheme. Essentially looking to freshen the place up with a neutral colour. Bedroom one, approx 4m by 3m including ceilings and woodwork (skirting and window sill). Plaster appears in reasonable to good condition. Bedroom two, approx 3m by 3m, same requirements as bedroom 1. Some plastering working may be required around the internal window bay. Landing and hall ways Circa 3m to 4m in length, require ceiling in Landing doing as well as walls and skirting boards Living room and reception room - same size as bedroom 1 and have the same requirements.
