Plastering job in Bude

I have dot and dabbed walls in kitchen living room and dinning room and now need them plastering. I have also removed artex from ceilings in same rooms and these need skimig as well.

The beam contains some old wet rot and might need treating or have a new section spliced in. Upstairs some plasterboard have come loose from the beams and need to be fixed.
