The beam contains some old wet rot and might need treating or have a new section spliced in. Upstairs some plasterboard have come loose from the beams and need to be fixed.

Anthony is charismatic and will convince you he does a good job. He destroyed my house. He took my money and refused to refund a part for unfinished work and destructions. He is lazy; he does everything with the minimal effort and doesn’t care whether it makes sense or not. Workmanship is unacceptable. Wonky walls, leaking radiators, pipes. Everything fell off-dado rails, skirting boards, ceiling lamps and roses, radiators, floor! Company is not registered, no insurance, no gas safe register

I was contacted by sam regarding a standard plastering in a large bedroom. Only 3 walls required skimming. I was at work and so could not supervise the project. There are a number of really poor finishes around 3 sockets, thin skimming in areas where the plastic mesh is coming through. Called Sam who agreed to come round to resolve some of the issues, and as expected, he has not been in contact since. I would avoid spending money with this tradesman.

He did a fantastic job on plastering the walls, also cleaned up after himself. He is multi talented and is coming back to fix my leaking roof and put in a new fence for me. I highly recommend Sam for any job, and also at really reasonable prices.

I employed Matthew to do a fence for me. As I am a landlord who lives outside London, I had to rely on him to do a good job. The job was done as agreed, in time and to my satisfaction. He continuously kept me informed of the progress and sent me photos and even videos on What's App. There were some additional jobs inside the house. Matthew found me people to do that job as well. He undertook to supervise the additional work free of charge. Never employed anyone who worked with such an interest.

Due to a leak I need to have two ceilings and part of a wall replaced. The ceilings will be torn down prior to this being done. Plasterboard will need to be fixed on the ceiling. It will need to be plastered and painted white. The wall size is unknown but i have attached pictures, Work to be started week commencing 28th September 2020 or possibly a couple of days sooner. Any rubbish caused to be cleared.
