Unreliable. Arranged an appointment for a quote at the property. Arranged for two members of my family to take time out to be at the property for the appointment but the guy (Darryl) didn't turn up. Never contacted me to say he couldn't make and has not contacted me since to apologise or rearrange. Nor did he reply to phone calls, emails, or texts on the day he didn't show.
