We have a living room which runs through into the hall & needs skimming over ripple artex. Would prefer someone who could do the complete job of plastering and painting but, if you are a specialist plasterer could split this into two separate jobs. Total ceiling area approx 35 sq metres.

two bedrooms wood walls needs to be removed and replaced with plaster board and two concrete walls on either side need to be skimmed. I just want the rooms prepped so I can have them ready to be painted myself. Removing wallpaper from the internal wooden walls proved to be difficult and it would be much easier to just replace these with plasterboard. Removing the wallpaper from the concrete walls in the same rooms also started to take off the plaster so just wants that removed and skimmed again.

3 ceilings need to be skimmed which currently have artex. 2 ceilings are in bedrooms, sizes are approx 12sqm per ceiling. The other ceiling is the hallway, which is a small space as its a small terraced property. I have removed the fireplace, the hole just needs to be closed up and skimmed, space 2-3sqm max
