Had a bath leak repaired under insurance, it caused water damage to the lounge ceiling that requires repairing (Plastering and repainting). I believe cost will be less than my excess. In order to effect repair of bath leak, plumber had to cut away Fascia, this requires replacement along with all taps in said bathroom.
Communication throughout the job was great. I knew exactly what was going on, given clear information that helped me decide what to do when previous poor workmanship was unearthed. Bathroom repairs were completed in line with what was needed.
