Refinishing 3 walls and 2 sloping ceilings of existing loft room approx 4m x 4m floor area. Partially plasterboarded previously papered but paper removed.
A studwork wall needs to be re-boarded and insulated.
Flat plaster finish throughout.
No decorating.
Not in a rush as other work needs to be done first, say 4-5 weeks time.
