We have added an extension to a house we are renovating. Outside measurements is 4 x 6 metres. Ceiling and wall have been boarded in an unacceptable manner so need removing/fixing and then the room needs to be plastered together with the old kitchen to make one good looking room.

Lounge ceiling: 13'1 x 11'11 (3.99 x 3.63m) Kitchen ceiling: 9'8 x 8'11 (2.95 x 2.72m) Hall, stairs and landing ceiling (unsure of measurements) Possibly two walls within the lounge also needs skimming (unsure of measurements)
