Ornel and his team were very unprofessional. He was always late. Messed up the whole house without cleaning up. Plastering was poorly done with patches on the wall even after painting. The door he fitted cannot close properly. I have texted him to come and correct this but he refused. If one wants to hire him, be prepared to endure so many 'no shows' without him calling. The job he did for me was the worst job ever. I will have to pay another builder to come and correct his mistakes.

Understand emergency work on other building sites can pop up but I would expect a call to inform me instead of me having to chase up. Prompt reply to initial request to look at roof and came here on time but then quite hard to nail down a date for the work (Which he then didn't turn up to).

There was a serious leak from the upstairs bathroom in the ceiling of the kitchen. In order to find the source of the leak, we had to knock down part of the ceiling. All the woodwork and plaster were completely sodden and had to be pulled out. So there is now a large gaping gap. Its likely that the whole ceiling will need to be replaced. The ceiling area is approximately 1.5 x 1.5 meters
