Flush pipe for our toilet is leaking slightly at joint with cistern. Seal possibly failing due to age of installation (40 years +?), (maybe also limescale build up?). Probably just needs new flush pipe & top & bottom seals. (I can provide photo of leaking area of pipe if useful).

I have an enclosed vanity unit which houses the systern for my toilet. Unfortunately the float mechanism has broken which is causing the water to keep filling from the pipe, this water goes straight back into the toilet and won't shut off. I think the float system needs replacing inside.

They damaged my gas pipe when fixing a water pipe and failed to make it good same day. I was without heating or hot water and hob all over Xmas and new year and they have not spoken with me. As previous plumber did not have the tool to tighten off the overflow. Maybe also clear pipes so run clear as doing this to rent out flat so need it to be in good working order.
