Unfortunately unable to fix tap due to missing part. Discussed alternatives and I am reasonably happy with work but would have been nice to have offered slight discount due to fact that tap was unable to be fixed which was part of quote.

The team came to work from the company and no time was wasted after hours agreement.Then they identified the where leak was coming from and removed the bath panel. Afterwards,they fitted all the connections and pipe where it was needed and my leaked was fixed, ceiling was removed because it was damaged by water then fitted new ceiling board.I am happy with the job they did and there is no leak and Def heir them in future as wll if I need anything to be done .
