EVEN THOUGH IF BRING THE TAP FLOW DOWN TO 14 LITRES PER MINUTE TAP TEMP STAYS AT 40 DEGREES AND UNIT IS SENDING OUT 59 DEGREES. BLENDING VALVE UNDER BATH AND HIGH FLOW FROM BATH TAP NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT BY A PLUMBER.
