I have an upstairs bedroom with a radiator that has developed a slow but persistent leak. The water can be seen to collect on the top of the TRV body when the thermoststic controller is removed. (I have a couple of simple photos) It looks like the body needs to be removed and replaced (I don't have the nerve to do it!). It's my late grandmother's house and I'm her executor.

We have a blockage in our kitchen plumbing that is leading to water coming back up in the sink. We looked in some pipes and discovered one was very loose. It's come away and hard to get properly resecured. We also feel the blockage might be further downstream and is in harder to reach places so need someone to look at it. 1. Bath mixer cold tap leaking. I removed the screw at the back of the tap to remove the handle but it does not come off. Didn't want to force it. 2. Plug on the pop-up waste and overflow has come off. Can't reach inside to screw it back in. Would like it to be 're-attached'. Space may be limited due to being located next to toilet.

pretty sure it's a faulty compression valve on the cold feed to the kitchen tap. Slow leak...perhaps 300-400ml per day getting out. Seems to leak faster in the evening. Needs fixed before I go away for christmas (20thDec), cz the container won't hold enough to not overflow if left that long without being emptied.
