Fit new sink & mixer tap. Replace/lower waste traps & fit new cold water stop valve. I have the sink & the mixer tap. I do not have a new valve or a new 1 & 1/2 bowl waste trap set. I can get these if easier from screwfix. I currently have a 1 & 1/2 bowl kitchen sink and a mixer tap. The current sink is 960mm and I have bought a new sink which is 1000m, I’m not certain whether the current cut can fit it or not. I may need 40mm cutting width wise and do not have a jigsaw. My current mixer tap has a slow drip on cold. I have tried to remove this but was unable to as I couldn’t loosen the waste screws. My hot water stop valve turns completely off but the cold valve turns 3/4 and won’t go any further, I believe this will need to be replaced. My current waste trap system is very old and needs replacing. A hole is cut in the cupboard board at the back for it to go out. The new sink is deeper than the old so this may need to be adjusted. Looking for a quote to manage entire job. Can FaceTime/video call to discuss and show you what I mean.

I hate leaving any sort of bad review, especially at a time like this and for such a lovely guy, but I wish someone had warned me on here in advance so I picked somebody else so feel I have to. We were having a dishwasher for for our coffee shop. We wanted a pro to make sure no problems. In the end the job wasn't finished, he left after breaking our existing sink meaning we nearly couldn't open the next day, and we had to call out an emergency plumber at huge cost. Complete disaster.

We had a new bath/sink installed a few years ago. We noticed the bath drained fairly slow. But now it takes about two hours to drain the bath. When the sink drains water and dirt comes up the bath plug. We think the pipe arrangement is too shallow. We need someone to investigate the pipework and fix it to drain properly.

He explained the tools & technique for unblocking the pipes, which was very generous of him because he could have got repeat callouts from us when it happens again. He also replaced the faulty cistern mechanism on our toilet. He was totally professional and very informative. All at a very reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend Tony to anyone.
