Bathroom is located on first floor. When someone uses the shower, some of the water leaks through the ceiling (Underneath the bathtub) onto the ground floor. The shower works by the person standing in the bath tub to then operate the shower. If the person were to have a bath and not use the shower, water does not leak through the ceiling when water drains down the plug hole of the bath.

Bath taps fitted ok, but the leak was not fixed , the waste pipe was not located in the trap at all and the whole of the pipe work behind the pedastal was just covered in sealant , also the silicone seal to the top and bottom of the pedastal had been disrupted when removing it but not resealed and the floor was scratched.
