As previous plumber did not have the tool to tighten off the overflow. Maybe also clear pipes so run clear as doing this to rent out flat so need it to be in good working order.

They damaged my gas pipe when fixing a water pipe and failed to make it good same day. I was without heating or hot water and hob all over Xmas and new year and they have not spoken with me. Also dishwasher install, to go next to the washing machine there are pipes etc at the back so should not be a long job for either. I plan to get the dishwasher and new shower in about 3 weeks time. We are disabled and on a tight budget. Work to be done as soon as i get the items required.
