There is a strong stale odor coming from under the floorboards (if I was to describe it, it is a cross between a cabbage and a farm). I'm not sure I know which tradesman would deal with this type of problem but I need to find the source urgently and fix it as it is very unpleasant. The problem started a few months ago but is certainly stronger or more pungent now. Ideally, I would like a quote before including any call out out fee if applicable to help budget this. I'm not sure if this is a leaking pipe but it is difficult to tell as the floorboards are securely into place and I do not have the facilities to check the source. After having a horrible persistent smell coming from under the floor for over 6 months, I decided to call in a plumber who would be able qto diagnose and fix the problem without having to damaging the floorboards. When they arrived, Charlie and co-worker were very friendly and got on with the work. It ended up being a dead rodent but the dealt with it and even included a few unrelated extras. I will definitely recommend and hire again.
