We had a delivery of a new washing machine which included disconnection and installstion the work men could not proceed with the disconnection as they state my previous washer wasn fitted backwards and the valve requires force. They are liable for anything that goes wrong so refused to disconnect washer which is fair. They are coming back out to fit new washing machine Monday so pretty desperate to have someone come out asap to help with disconnecton

we want both the sink and bath 'plugs' removed and replaced - they are the 'press down' kind and the bath plug is stuck fast with water unable to drain away at normal speed. would also like replacement sealant installed around bath and plastic 'border strip' replaced on shower screen door.
