My WC has stopped flushing and, on first investigation, it appears that the dual flush cistern valve is broken. I need a plumber to investigate and, as necessary, supply and fit a replacement, leaving the toilet in working order.
I was delighted when Christophe - who had carried out unrelated work for me some six months ago - expressed interest in the job.
