Hi- I have 2 pieces of work, so this would be ideal for 2 people who can do both. The first piece of work is flushing and cleaning the radiators and increasing the pressure of the boiler that has been very low. The second is: re-sealing of the bathtube with waterproof antimould silicon, regrouting of some tiles (only 3/4 tiles, so very minor work!!), and filling some cracks and gaps with white fillers (cracks as results of paint drying up after a refurb). I don't want to have a lot of different people, so I need somebody who can do both (e.g. plumber with friend decorator). Please give me a single quote. I called N.Walter to re-grout the kitchen floor and flush my radiators. Regrouting is a very dusty piece of work but he left the kitchen completely clean and offered to come back for free if any problems were to come up. I would describe him as a realiable, expert man whose contact is worth keeping for future jobs.
