Identify where leak is coming from. Then stop it. then ceiling and walls would need to be repaired / plasterd / painted
Zibi, came to identify a leak in my ceiling.(an old lead pipe) i agreed for him to replace it for copper pipe.
There were a few moments of panic, as his first fixing leaked, but he soon rectified it.
I'm not an hundred percent happy with finish, as pipe does not sit flush with walls!, However Zibi had told me that the wall behind need to dry out, then pipe can be pushed back toward wall. So time will tell, when I need to plaster walls.
His price was fair.
